OUTDOOR EXERCISE SESSIONS

GET FIT, GET STRONG, GET HAPPY

Whatever your goal we will work together to achieve it with an expert eye on technique, muscle activation and strength, you will quickly improve your walking, running, or general fitness and strength.

Map routes and session plans all individualised according to your goals and fitness levels. All abilities welcome and I have specific experience working with:

- Couch to 5km

- Improve your running technique

- Improve your running speed (PB)

- Over 65's vitality fitness

- Fall prevention (over 70's)

- Parkinson's rehabilitation

- Mental health walks 

- Weight loss

Sessions will be on a one to one basis or small groups of friends and family, this will ensure a fully individualised programme and speedy results.
