It is tempting to leave things to settle and push through niggles but this may hinder your activity in the long run. My aim is to enable you to play or take part in your desired activity for as long as possible.
My experience extends from football injuries, long distance runners, racket sports, horse riding, martial arts, athletics and many more.
You are the athlete whether professional or starting your first run, look after your body as they would and you will be rewarded with health, fitness and happiness.

Biomechanical analysis is the assessment of your form and technique and is a key part when treating sporting injuries. This relates to tackles on the field, running technique or even walking in the park.
All movements can be assessed and trained to improve movement and maximise our activity and is vitally important in injury prevention.
